YOGA CLASSES

Our yoga room is heated to 80 degrees. Just enough heat to create a detoxifying sweat. Music supports our classes to create an uplifting flow. Each teacher will offer an adaptation of traditional yoga poses by creating a moving meditation and will include a dynamic combination of strength and spirituality — for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. We offer the challenge to each individual to experience transformation while working at your own level of ability.

  • If you are a first time student, please arrive 15 minutes to get acquainted with the studio and to meet the teacher.
  • Bring a yoga mat, a towel and water. We do have clean mats available, however, it is ultimately more hygienic to use your own.
  • Yoga props such a blocks and straps will be provided.
  • We recommend not eating for 2 hours before the start of your class.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing and expect to take your socks off in our yoga and barre classes. For Bootcamp, please wear clean sneakers.

VIGOROUS VINYASAALL LEVELS

Steady and dynamic. Experience a moving, meditative class where breath is linked to movement. Strength, flexibility, breath work, and mindfulness come into harmony to create a feeling of balance. Pose variations will be offered to challenge your practice.

Mellow and nourishing. A slower paced class intended to unwind tension in your body and leave you feeling refreshed and restored. All Levels Welcome. Beginner Friendly.

This class blends great-energy music with a fun, powerful yoga flow that will inspire you, lift your spirits and expand your vision of what is possible within every breath and beat. Expect to hear top 40 songs, country, hip-hop, reggae and alternative.

FULL BODY STRETCHALL LEVELS

Our stretch classes are floor-based, working through a combination of passive and active stretches, and designed to be accessible and relaxing for all levels of flexibility. You will work through both upper and lower body muscle groups to aid mobility, recovery and prevent injury.

SOULFUL SUNDAY VINYASA FLOWALL LEVELS

Sweaty and Electric. Gather at FSYC on Sunday evenings for a soulful and inspiring flow. This is an energizing and balanced class which includes a blend of consistently-moving, one breath per movement sequences, as well as longer-held poses.
