Sacred Rest: Restorative YogaALL LEVELS

This grounding & restorative class invites you to settle into longer held postures to gently unravel and unwind stress and tension across the deeper layers of your body and being. This class invites utmost comfort and coziness through the plentiful use of props. Enjoy this soothing transition from a busy day into a restful evening.

Slow FlowALL LEVELS

This nourishing flow class offers an experience of gentle movement and restoration. Enjoy centering breaths and soothing stretches for a full experience of self-care. The class begins with soft movements close to the floor and follows with a gradual ascension into standing postures and balances. All levels of experience are welcome.

Slow Flow and Yin YogaALL LEVELS

Each class begins with subtle breathwork and guided meditation to help you relax and release tension. From there you will explore slow grounding movement and transition to nurturing seated yin poses. Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, and joints. It’s slower giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. We close out with supported rest.

Yin YogaALL LEVELS

This practice increases flexibility, especially in the spine and hips and is very restorative and rehabilitative for the joints and muscles. Psychologically, it connects you to your intuitive and creative self. It is an excellent It is an excellent complement to other Yoga classes. This class is appropriate for men and women of all ages, fitness and flexibility levels. Restore balance with this complement to your active practice, sports or other exercise, and your yang-dominant lifestyle. Absolute beginners to yoga are also welcome.

Yoga for Living through CancerALL LEVELS

Yoga for living through cancer is tailored to those undergoing cancer treatment and in the cancer community (all those affected by cancer- family, caregivers, patients, and medical professionals). The class is designed to help manage the physical and emotional effects of cancer diagnosis and treatment, including practices to regain strength, balance and mobility as well as managing stress, anxiety and depression. Supportive and nurturing, it is a practice of gentle yoga, breathing exercises, and guided relaxation techniques in a community of others who are going through a similar experience.
