All the Feels: Slow Flow ALL LEVELS

Welcome to slowing down and the experience of gentle movement and restoration. Enjoy centering breaths and soothing stretches for a full experience of self-care. The class begins with soft movements close to the floor and follows with a set of activating poses to warm the body. Class will end with gentle stretching leaving your body and mind relaxed and at ease.

Body Love: Gentle, Restorative Yin YogaALL LEVELS

This is your opportunity to nourish and tend to your whole body. Seated and reclined poses are held for 3-5 minutes to provide a deep sense of release and opening. This class is a blend of stretching, relaxation, and mindfulness to help strengthen your connection to your body and mind.

This full-body workout focuses on muscle activation, balance, form, and control to tone, strengthen, and lengthen from head to toe. Wear sneakers. We provide hand weights, gliders, and resistance bands.
