Franklin St. Yoga Center
The teacher training program that I have created at FSYC is based on every teacher training, workshop, and class I have participated in since 1997. From the history of yoga in India and the United States to the alignment of poses, breathwork, and meditation. If you want to deepen your knowledge about yoga and if you want to learn how to teach, this is the program for you.
The skills that you will learn will help you not only as a yoga student but as a human being navigating life in a more effective way. Being in front of people in general takes confidence and I will provide a path for you that whether you go on to teach yoga or you are interviewing for a job or going on a first date – that will give you a strong foundation for how you show up for your life. My training will help you become more skillful on your yoga mat and off of your mat.Learn More
