LEARN MORE ABOUT LUCY
Lucy began practicing yoga years ago as a way to find peace during the uncertainty of the pandemic. What started as a personal practice soon grew into a passion for creating that same sense of calm, connection, and belonging for others.
Last spring, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Franklin Street Yoga before spending the summer in Boulder, Colorado, where she continued to deepen her practice while completing an internship. Throughout her journey, yoga has remained a grounding force, one that continues to shape both her personal life and her teaching.
Lucy strives to create classes that are welcoming, accessible, and encouraging for practitioners of all experience levels. She believes yoga is about more than movement; it’s an opportunity to cultivate mindfulness, build confidence, and reconnect with yourself through breath and intentional movement.
Outside the studio, Lucy is a student at UNC–Chapel Hill, where she studies Communication and Conflict Management. Her passion for building meaningful connections and supporting others carries into every class she teaches.
