Nathan Logan has been teaching Vinyasa Yoga since 2012 in Chapel Hill and Boulder, Colorado. The practice of yoga has strengthened and developed a core foundation of stability and health in his life. He is grateful to have the opportunity to share in this practice of Asanas to further community and personal growth in himself and others. He is happy to be back teaching at his home, Franklin Street Yoga Center, and looks forward to sharing his love of yoga here. Favorites include core work, hip work, using the breathe to foster movement in space, and finding time and moments of stillness on the mat. It’s all yoga! So let’s get upside-down once a day!!
