I came to yoga in search of a way to round out my fitness routine. After a year of home practice, I took my first yoga class at the behest of a friend and yoga teacher in 2016 and quickly learned that yoga is so much more than exercise. I left every class feeling more aware of my body, at ease in my mind, and connected to a loving community. It quickly became a cornerstone of my workouts and life.

In 2019, I completed my 200-hour teacher training with Lori at FSYC. In my classes, I like to build strength and poise with an energetic flow that focuses on intentional transitions.
