Isha’s yoga journey began at a young age, practicing alongside her mother, who is also a yoga instructor. Growing up as a daughter of Indian immigrants, yoga is deeply intertwined with her cultural and spiritual traditions. In 2016, she completed her 200-hour teacher training and started her teaching career at 16-years old. Since then, Isha has taught a variety of yoga styles, including basics, vinyasa, restorative, Hatha, and yoga for kids. Her passion for integrating mindfulness and stress-relief techniques into education also led her to teach yoga to children in local school districts, helping to weave these practices into their curriculum. She combines her lived cultural experience and formal training to cultivate an empowering and healing environment for practitioners of all levels. Isha is deeply committed to fostering self-awareness, mindfulness, and resilience in her students.
