LEARN MORE ABOUT ISABELLA
Isabella’s journey with yoga began shortly after she could walk, thanks to her parents who incorporated yoga into their daily routine. Growing up in an environment where yoga was a natural part of life, Isabella developed a deep connection with the practice from a very young age. At 16, Isabella found herself struggling with her mental health. It was during this time that she found her way back to her mat, reigniting her passion for yoga and defining what yoga meant to her. Through yoga, she found a way to return home, connecting with her body and emotions, transforming her practice into a celebration of self. Isabella completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Lori in 2024, a dream she’s held for years. For Isabella, yoga is not just a physical practice but a profound way to return to one’s true self. She has felt incredibly welcomed by Franklin St Yoga’s community since joining during her freshman year of college. For her, community is an important part of the practice and is excited to continue as a forever student (and now a teacher) at FSYC.
