This class uses unique combination of isometric exercises (small intense movements) alternated with stretching to help you create the longer, leaner looking physique associated with working out at the barre. In this dynamic class you’ll use a combination of bodyweight resistance and high repetitions to exhaust all major muscle groups. Particular focus is given to activating and toning the arms, thighs, seat and core.
Despite being a high intensity full body workout, this class is low impact and is suitable for all fitness levels.
Barre studio is set to 68 degrees.
