Abby began practicing yoga for 15 years. She found yoga as a college student in 2010. She developed a passion for yoga by attending classes and exploring yoga literature. Yoga and mindfulness became a key tool for Abby in her personal and professional life.
In 2014 she decided to explore deepening her practice by attending 200 hour teacher training through Sadhana Yoga School in Ubud, Bali. This teacher training not only focused on yoga cues and alignments but was also self-discovery. Abby dabbled in teaching as well as continued to deepen her practice. In 2019 she completed her second 200 hour teacher training through Worlds Yoga Studio in Fremont, CA to sharpen her teaching skills particularly in alignment and cueing.
Abby is well versed in Vinyasa Style and enjoys teaching a challenging and mindful flow. She also enjoys guiding students through calming and grounding gentle classes. Yoga has been a big part of Abby’s grief and loss journey and she is passionate about sharing her how yoga can be a wonderful tool during challenging times. Her classes encourage self exploration, mindfulness and meeting yourself where you are in the moment. She can’t wait to share the practice with you.
